The first trailer for the independent horror movie Clown in the Cornfield has been released online. The film is set to premiere on June 5.
This slasher follows a girl named Quinn, who moves to the quiet town of Kettle Springs in search of a fresh start. The town is already struggling after a fire at a corn syrup factory, but things take a darker turn when a masked clown begins terrorizing residents, claiming a new victim each day.
The movie is based on the novel of the same name by Adam Cesare. The cast includes Kevin Durand, Katie Douglas, Will Sasso, Aaron Abrams, and more. Eli Craig (Tucker & Dale vs. Evil) directed the film.
