Oscar winner Kate Winslet (Titanic) will first try his strength in the directorial profession. The actress will put a family drama Goodbye June For the Netflix stream service.
The roles in the tape will be played by Winslet herself, Helen Mirren, Tony Colllet, Andrea Raizborough, Johnny Flynn and Timothy Spolle. The plot will tell about members of one family that are reunited under tragic circumstances.
The script was written by Joe Anders, the son of Winslet from a marriage with director Sam Mendes. Filming will start this year. Winslet recently played in Bayopic “Great”, for which she received a nomination for the Golden Globe.
