Why the Story Needs More Seasons

While Season 1 adapted Naughty Dog’s 2013 game, showrunner Craig Mazin told The Hollywood Reporter that The Last of Us Part II is “too big for one season.” Creative director Neil Druckmann confirmed they’re adding new scenes not in the games (IGN).
