Paramount+ has set a March 30 release date for MobLand, the upcoming crime drama helmed by Guy Ritchie and featuring an all-star cast including Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren.
A Tale of Power and Loyalty
Set in the high-stakes world of organized crime, MobLand follows two warring families in London whose influence extends across the globe. Brosnan plays Conrad, the formidable leader of one such family, fighting for dominance within an international criminal syndicate. Hardy takes on the role of Harry, a fiercely loyal enforcer tasked with safeguarding his employers at all costs.
The ensemble cast also includes Paddy Considine as Conrad’s son Kevin Harrigan, Joanne Froggatt as Harry’s wife Jan Da Souza, and Lara Pulver as Bella Harrigan, Kevin’s wife. Anson Boon, Mandeep Dhillon, Jasmine Jobson, Geoff Bell, Daniel Betts, Lisa Dwan, and Emily Barber round out the lineup.
A Standalone Crime Saga
Originally developed under the title The Donovans, the series was initially conceived as a British offshoot of Ray Donovan. However, MobLand has since evolved into an independent crime drama with no ties to the Showtime series.
The one-hour series will debut on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia, with a broader international rollout planned for later in 2025.
