The Apple TV+ Stream Service presented his debut pictures from the upcoming Murderbot show. Alexander Skarsgård will play the main role in it.
The project is based on a series of books “The Murderbot Diaries”, by Martha Wells. The plot center is a robot, whose responsibilities include killing people. However, the hero himself wants to watch TV shows. In the hope of correcting his world for the better, he breaks his code and begins to live as he wants.
Ten episodes are planned for the first season. David Dastmalchian (“Midnight with the Devil”) is also playing a role in the project. The brothers Chris and Paul Vaits (“My Boy”, “Twilight”) are the directors and scriptwriters.
Killerbot starts on Apple TV+ on May 16.
